What is The Faithers?
The Faithers is a Spirit-led online ministry focused on practical Bible teaching that builds faith-confidence—especially in prayer, healing, and the believer’s authority in Christ. You can grow through Zoom fellowships, sermons/teachings, and written studies that emphasize “Christ in you” and clear Scripture handling.
How do I join the Zoom Fellowship?
Visit our Events calendar: https://thefaithers.net/events/
This page is powered by The Events Calendar and our Zoom integration, so you can view times, details, and join links (some details may require login for privacy).
Where do I find sermons, teachings, and replays?
Go to Sermons: https://thefaithers.net/sermons/
Teachings are organized with Advanced Sermons, and video playback is supported by Presto Player for a clean viewing experience.
Can I post prayer requests or testimonies?
Use the Forum: https://thefaithers.net/forum/
Our community runs on wpForo. You can post questions, prayer requests, and testimonies in the appropriate sections (some areas may require a free account to protect members).
How do I create an account, update my profile, or manage my content?
Go to your account dashboard here: https://thefaithers.net/my-account/
We use front-end tools (like WP User Frontend) so you can manage your profile without needing access to the WordPress admin area.
What can I post, and where should I post it?
Questions, prayer requests, testimonies: post in the Forum (wpForo)
Articles/studies/notes: use our Submit a Post form (powered by User Submitted Posts)
Resources and teaching topics: browse the Portfolio / Topics section (organized teaching tiles)
Some posting features may only appear after you’re logged in.
Why can’t I see certain forum areas or features?
Some areas are limited to members (for example, prayer threads or Zoom details) to reduce spam and protect privacy. We manage what each user role can access using Capability Manager Enhanced (roles/permissions) and wpForo’s forum permissions.
How do I connect the community to Discord?
If we have Discord enabled, you’ll see an invitation or connection link in your account/community area. We use init-pulse-for-discord to integrate Discord features, such as role syncing or sending community updates. If you don’t see the link, it may not be enabled for your account role yet.
Is this website secure? How do you protect accounts?
Yes—security is handled with Wordfence (firewall, login protection, malware scanning). If you ever get locked out after too many login attempts, wait a bit and try again, or use the password reset link.
Why is the site so fast, and what if a page doesn’t load correctly?
We use performance tools like Redis Cache and Advanced Media Offloader to speed up pages and serve media reliably. If something looks outdated, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R). If it still looks wrong, report it in the Help Desk forum.
What are “Topics” (Portfolio) and how do I use them?
Topics are teaching categories and study tiles that help you explore key themes like prayer, healing, authority in Christ, and “Christ in you.” Browse them here: https://thefaithers.net/portfolio/
Each topic is meant to guide you to related teachings, discussions, and study material.
